Lead Teacher for Maths

The Bulwell Academy are looking to appoint a talented and inspirational Maths Specialist to join our dedicated Maths team. We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who can lead on aspects of teaching and learning, in order to continue to raise standards in the department and across the academy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a real passion for their subject, and be able to enthuse, motivate, engage and challenge students to reach their full potential. 

Working closely with the Head of Mathematics, you will be expected to contribute to the growth of this core subject area, being responsible for providing support, guidance and motivation to teaching staff and Teaching Assistants, and sharing ideas and strategies that will have a real impact on classroom learning.

Kitchen Assistant

£5,411 per annum (based on full-time equivalent of £14,469 per annum)

16.25 hours per week (10.45am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday), term-time only


We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to provide an efficient cleaning and portering service to the Kitchen, ensuring all work areas remain clean and tidy and deliveries are dealt with in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience of cleaning to a high standard and have the physical capability to unload heavy deliveries and lift heavy kitchen equipment.
